In Urim V’Tumin I responded to references to the word Ketonet (coat) outside of the story of Joseph. I found that other contexts for the word Ketonet were: the clothing of the High Priest, clothing of the firstborn son, as well as a virgin shift or mark of consecration as in the story of Amnon and Tamar
